Welcome to OnePoint CTO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of onepointcto.com and any services, invoicing, or client tools provided by OnePoint CTO ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
OnePoint CTO provides fractional CTO consulting, custom technical systems, AI implementation, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are agreed upon separately with each client, typically via a proposal, statement of work, or invoice.
Invoices issued through our billing system may be one-time or recurring, and each will indicate a total due and, where applicable, a due date. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc.; we do not store your full payment card details on our own servers. For recurring invoices, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method automatically on each billing cycle until the engagement ends or you request cancellation.
If a payment is not received by its due date, we may send automated reminder emails. Continued non-payment past a reasonable period may result in suspension of active work or services until the account is brought current.
In the course of providing services, we may store client contact information, project notes, and billing history in our internal systems. This data is used solely to manage our working relationship with you and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use cookies to support essential site functionality (including admin session authentication) and analytics tools to understand aggregate site usage. By using this site, you consent to this use in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, OnePoint CTO retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering services. Deliverables specifically created for a client under a paid engagement are owned by that client upon full payment, except for any underlying OnePoint CTO proprietary tooling used to build them, which remains our property.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of OnePoint CTO or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnePoint CTO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services, including any downtime, data loss, or third-party service disruption (including from Stripe or other integrated providers) outside our direct control.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable proposal or statement of work. Outstanding invoices for work already performed remain due upon termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to billing@onepointcto.com.
