Accessibility isn't a checkbox for us — it's personal. We build with the understanding that people navigate technology in very different ways, and design that ignores this leaves real people behind. That belief comes directly from lived experience, not a policy requirement — you can read more about it on our About page.
We aim to make onepointcto.com usable by as many people as possible, including visitors using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, and other assistive technologies. We work toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, covering areas such as color contrast, semantic HTML structure, keyboard navigability, and descriptive text for interactive elements.
Rather than treating accessibility as an afterthought, we've built specific tools directly into the site, available from the header on every page:
Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time fix. As we add new pages and features, we review them for keyboard operability, screen-reader compatibility, and readable contrast. If you encounter a barrier anywhere on this site, we want to know about it and fix it.
If you experience any difficulty accessing content on this site, please contact us at billing@onepointcto.com or 206-650-1932. Tell us the page you were on and what assistive technology you were using, if any, so we can address it directly.
