This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for one-time and recurring invoices issued by OnePoint CTO.
One-time invoices cover work that has been scoped and, in most cases, already delivered or in progress. Because payment is typically requested for completed or actively in-progress work, one-time invoice payments are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe an invoice was issued in error or there is a billing discrepancy, contact us at billing@onepointcto.com within 14 days of payment and we will review it promptly.
Recurring invoices authorize an automatic charge to your saved payment method on each billing cycle (weekly or monthly, as specified on your invoice). You may cancel a recurring invoice at any time by notifying us at billing@onepointcto.com. Cancellation stops future charges as of your next scheduled billing date — it does not refund charges already processed for the current cycle, since that cycle's services are considered delivered upon charge.
If a recurring charge fails (for example, due to an expired card), we will send reminder notices and may pause associated services until payment is resolved. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer — we're able to resolve most billing issues directly and faster than a formal chargeback process.
To request a refund review, email billing@onepointcto.com with your invoice number and the reason for the request. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, taking into account work already performed and delivered.
